Did God create the UFOs?

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Genesis 1:1.
There are three dimensions of creation: the natural world, earth, animals, people; the heavenly or celestial world, sun, moon, stars, cosmos; and the spiritual world, The Trinity, angels, demons.
The Angel Gabriel came to Mary and told her she would become pregnant by the Holy Spirit; an angel of God came to Joseph and told him what was going on, so don’t leave Mary; Elijah was swept up in a chariot of fire to heaven; Satan came crashing down to earth from the spiritual realm, as well as the Nephilim; and of course, Jesus Christ Himself came down from the spiritual realm. Angels and spiritual beings from another realm have interacted with us all throughout the Old and New Testaments, and we think nothing odd about it and accept the concept, so why now are people so stunned that we are continually being visited by beings of another realm.
The universes are so filled with mysteries beyond our understanding, it’s quite fantastic, and oftentimes unbelievable for our human finite minds to understand; which may very well be the source of Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
God is in control of all things, including the cosmos. God knows every part of His creation, including anything that might appear to us as mysterious as the UFOs. Are we to put God in a box and not allow Him to create anything we do not understand? I don’t think so. I’m just happy He decided to create us.
Father Mike Schmitz said, ”If there are aliens, God made them. It does not change our faith. Who is to say God could not continue to create. He made us with bodies, angels with no bodies, why not aliens and UFOs.”
God is infinitely creative because He’s God, God is the source of all beings, so if UFOs exist, God is the source. It is an interesting question about UFOs, but it should not take us away from our job of influencing others about Jesus. And remember, God’s infinite wisdom surpasses our thoughts; God is in control of everything, both seen and unseen.
Christian author Barry Davis said, “God who formed our world also created the boundless expanse of the universes. God’s creation is far more expansive and complex than what we can see or comprehend from our earthly vantage point.”
What about Jacob’s Ladder in Genesis 28:12. Here we are told angels are ascending and descending from heaven to earth and back again, and quite frankly, no one gives it a second thought as unbelievable, or weird, or out of this world. It’s God orchestrating these events and we are comfortable with that. And God continues to orchestrate events, here on earth and elsewhere, and that is where our comfort lies.
God loves us, he is not going to hurt us as long as we are following His commandments, so why fret about these UFOs. They have been around for a long, long time; both in the skies, the mountains, and the oceans, and thus far there has not been an attack on us. When we die, we are going to another realm, and we don’t even think twice about it; sounds good, let’s go back and see Jesus. Why then if UFOs are flying by from another planet in another universe, should it bother or puzzle us or wonder who created them?
What did the indigenous aborigines in Australia think the first time they saw a plane flying overhead? They were probably scared, felt fear and wonder. Then after a while it was so commonplace, and no harm came from this new thing in the sky, they no longer gave it a second thought. Let us not be like the aborigines and be frightened.
God created everything, and that is great; doesn’t mean I have to understand everything He created. The Bible reminds us that there is more to reality than what we can see. Zechariah in 5:1-2 talks about flying scrolls across the sky. Isaiah in 60:8 questions who are these that fly like a cloud. Listen to how Isaiah describes God at one point in Isaiah 40:22. “It is He that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; He that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in.”
Maybe we should use all these latest sightings, and confirmation by the Pentagon, and other government agencies that UFOs are real, as a humbling experience. We think of ourselves as it, we are the only ones; well, we are not, and that’s okay, since God has created everything.
The existence of UFOs no more affects our faith than when a new species of bird is found and labeled, or a funny looking fish reappears in the ocean depths that we thought was extinct. It’s just one more fact of life that has come to the forefront as of late; it’s interesting, it’s fascinating, but it really doesn’t change anything, other than yes, we have some flying neighbors. We are loved by the creator of the universes, and ALL things were created by Him; that is sufficient for me.
So yes, God created the UFOs, and everything else seen and unseen; explained and unexplained. Not a problem – I trust Him. Psalms 115:3, “Our God is in heaven; He does whatever pleases Him.”
Embracing faith allows us to stay grounded and believe that God has everything under control, no matter how perplexing our experiences may be. The truth is faith allows us to embrace the unknown without being overwhelmed. Kind David, who talked with God on multiple occasions, described God in Psalm 104:1-5, …”O Lord, my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty who coverest thyself with light as with a garment; who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters; who maketh the clouds his chariot; who walketh upon the wings of the wind; who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire.”
Colossians 1:16, “For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him, and He is before all things, and by Him all things exist.”
And my favorite, John 1:1-5, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him: and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in the darkness; and the darkness has not overcome it.”
Above all else, remember that we are all God’s creation and nothing can separate us from His love for us, regardless of what exists in the world that we can see, or in worlds which we cannot see. “For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Hebrews 8:38-39.
