It is our quiet moments when our eyes are closed and there's no other noise bombarding us that we can "hear" the messages from God. They're quiet, subtle, yet very real. We must shut off our active thinking for just a bit and allow God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit to talk to us; and they do. It truly is the silence that is golden. The ability to "hear" God is not delegated to the select few; actually, all of God's children can hear His voice, His messages to us. We just need to listen to the silence.
